netPeople can be purchased under the Application Service Provider (ASP) model. In other words, the product will be hosted on our web-servers located at our state of the art Data Centers, designed to provide mission-critical availability, reliability and scalability.

To provide access from your website, you simply need to insert a small code in your web pages. This will enable your customers to initiate support interactions (through email or chat) right from your website with a click of a mouse.

Customer queries will be automatically routed to your support agents situated anywhere in the world.
